BT-201 is a small diaphragm condenser microphone with different changeable capsules offering optional choices of patterns that satisfy the demands of all common studio and live applications.
Cardioid, omni, open (sub) cardioid and open (sub) cardioid with pad of -20db are capsule options. Stereo pair sets are available as well to provide balanced stereo recordings.

BH-3
The new version of the Black Hole PE (BH-3) has a fixed cardioid polar pattern, in addition to a pad with options of -5db and -10db. It is used to avoid overloading mic preamps with high output mic signals. Visually it looks similar to the previous two versions (BH-1 – multi pattern, BH-2 – fixed cardioid mic) only it is dark green in color.

BH-2
The Black Hole SE is a cardioid condenser microphone with one large, true electrostatic capsule inside the compact head. The new special capsule is made with new golden drops technology and has single, less centre tap diaphragm and patterned variable sputtering, using specially mixed alloy for coating. The BH-2 has the same quality and has the same design as Black Hole, only less expensive due to the fixed cardioid pattern of the capsule. It has also a new generation integrated shockmounting and five year warranty.

The Black Hole is an absolutely technically innovative microphone. It is extraordinary because of two independent large diaphragm capsules placed back to back inside the compact head.
It is very handy and compact with a very original looking design. It has a stand holder system (damper) and patented variable sputtering of diaphragm, using a specially mixed alloy for coating. The Black Hole is produced with three switchable polar patterns (Omni, Cardioid and Figure of 8).
